A community with recreational facilities where the aged can keep fit, socialize, play sports(recommended sporting activities by the physicians), hold weekly indoors or outdoors activities barbecue, picnic, yoga, etc.
A gated community that allows each residents live independently, connect, share and participate in activities with people in their age groups. Where they can freely express themselves without fear, discrimination or feeling like they are a burden to their loved ones.
Aged people who have always had active lifestyles, were once workaholics, etc, tend to age more when they are isolated, freedom taken from them, etc, they start feeling useless or not useful to themselves or their loved ones.
This community will allow them work, run business as long as it does not affect their health, feel useful and needed. They can work at their own pace, do things they love doing.
