Abstract
Dementia affects over 55 million people globally, a figure projected to triple by 2050, demanding innovative responses rooted in policy, evidence, and practice. This symposium, a collaboration between Commonage (CA) and the Dementia India Alliance (DIA), embraces the IFA Conference theme “YEBO/Yes – Policy, Evidence, and Practice” by showcasing dementia strategies that affirmatively integrate these pillars. Featuring five speakers—two from CA, two from DIA, and one independent innovator—and moderated by Mansur Dalal, Chair of CA, the session bridges global insights with practical, need-driven solutions.
