Biography Jackie Cyr MSN, MBA
For more then 22 years, Jackie has held executive positions in the public and private healthcare services, more specifically in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and the western part of canada and particularly for hospitals, multidisciplinary medical clinics and the emerging industry of private residences for retirees. She guided her colleagues and employees in organizational change projects, internal technology transformation and the overall improvement processes using the best practice guidelines in management. She accompanied healthcare ministries and businessmen in the tactical positioning of their health segment within their strategic plans. She issued recommendations to a group of investors for the purchase of real estate projects within this industry totaling more than $ 2 billion (CAN).
She is now Vice-President for the Health and Center of Excellence at Réseau Sélection. Jackie has a human approach that gives her the ability to mobilize quickly and efficiently several people towards a common goal. She is a competent and energetic professional, very detail-oriented and experienced in operational processes.
Native from Edmundston, New Brunswick, she is a licensed nurse in three Canadian provinces and holds a Bachelor and Master degree in nursing science (MSN) degree from University of Montreal as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She subsequently attended several seminars both in terms of project management, change management and organizational leadership.
