Makes Sleep Health Monitoring Easy?!

Scientists have been mapping our sleep patterns for years and prove that good diet, low stress and regular exercise help us sleep better. Sleep monitors and fitness trackers provide us new insights about how well we rest, and offer personalised tips on how to better sleep. However, there are always doubts that whether the measurement results meet clinical standards and can be used by physicians. Some sleep monitor technologies provide medical-grade accuracy but are they comfortable and easy to be used at home especially by elderly ?

In this talk, we are going to introduce a FDA-cleared ring and cloud platform that allow users to measure their overnight heart rate, heart rate variability, pulse oximetry and motion comfortably at home. A sleep report summarizing the sleep health statistics including risk of having obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), mental stress, high/low pulse oximetry, high/low heart rate will be generated automatically. Users can monitor their sleep health conveniently.
